Normal Type (WL - RSW - 6): Suitable for wire diameters ranging from 2 - 6 mm. It has a straightening efficiency of 18 meters per minute and can cut wires up to a maximum length of 3000 mm.
High - Speed Type: Available in two models. One for φ3 mm - φ5 mm wire and another for φ5 mm - φ7 mm wire. The cutting speed can reach up to 350 pieces per minute. The wire straightening speed is 100 m/min for φ3 mm - φ5 mm wire and 70 - 80 m/min for φ5 mm - φ7 mm wire, with a cutting precision of ±0.5 mm (excluding acceleration and deceleration phases).
2D and 3D Wire Bending Machine
2D Wire Bending Machine: Designed for φ4 mm - φ8 mm carbon steel wire and φ4 - φ7 mm stainless steel wire. It features 4 axes, with a total machine power of 8 kW. The maximum feeding wire speed is 30 m/min, and the feeding wire tolerance is ±0.5 mm.
3D Wire Bending Machine: For iron wire, it has 7 axes. The wire diameter range is 3.0 - 12.0 mm for iron wire (soft wire) and 3.0 - 7.0 mm for steel wire (hard wire). The feeding wire length is unlimited. It can achieve a bending angle of ±0.02°, with a maximum feeding - wire speed of 70 m/min and a maximum bending speed of 3 turns per second.
