The HWASHI Automatic Wire Mesh Panel Cage Welding Making Machine Line is a state - of - the - art solution for producing high - quality welded wire mesh panels and cages. Engineered by Guangdong HWASHI Technology Inc., a renowned name in the field of automatic resistance welding equipment and industrial robots, this machine line is designed to meet the diverse needs of various industries.

Technical Specifications

Wire Straightening and Cutting Machine

Normal Type (WL - RSW - 6): Suitable for wire diameters ranging from 2 - 6 mm. It has a straightening efficiency of 18 meters per minute and can cut wires up to a maximum length of 3000 mm.

High - Speed Type: Available in two models. One for φ3 mm - φ5 mm wire and another for φ5 mm - φ7 mm wire. The cutting speed can reach up to 350 pieces per minute. The wire straightening speed is 100 m/min for φ3 mm - φ5 mm wire and 70 - 80 m/min for φ5 mm - φ7 mm wire, with a cutting precision of ±0.5 mm (excluding acceleration and deceleration phases).

2D and 3D Wire Bending Machine

2D Wire Bending Machine: Designed for φ4 mm - φ8 mm carbon steel wire and φ4 - φ7 mm stainless steel wire. It features 4 axes, with a total machine power of 8 kW. The maximum feeding wire speed is 30 m/min, and the feeding wire tolerance is ±0.5 mm.

3D Wire Bending Machine: For iron wire, it has 7 axes. The wire diameter range is 3.0 - 12.0 mm for iron wire (soft wire) and 3.0 - 7.0 mm for steel wire (hard wire). The feeding wire length is unlimited. It can achieve a bending angle of ±0.02°, with a maximum feeding - wire speed of 70 m/min and a maximum bending speed of 3 turns per second. The positioning accuracy is ±0.02°.

Programmable Multi-Head Welding: Equipped with servo-motor-driven heads that automatically shift to target points, enabling simultaneous welds on complex mesh patterns. Supports custom welding sequences via touchscreen controls.
High-Speed Operation: Achieves rapid weld cycles (0.1–1 second per spot) with a welding speed of 0.5–5 m/min, ideal for mass production

Intelligent welding control system

Automatic Wire Filling System

You can put the precut straight wires into the hopper, then the wire filling machine will do the wire filling into the fixture automatically. It helps to increase the working efficiency and reduce labor force. 

Automatic Double-layer Feeder

when one fixture is under welding process, the wire filling system will load the wires onto the other fixture at the same time. When finish welding, the feeder will automatically exchange the fixture. So the efficiency can be increased.

Production Line Machines

Wire Flattening and Cutting Machine

This machine is able to process the round wire into flat wire. It will automatically feed the round wire and cut it into required length.
Normally you will need to prepare the 8mm wire coil, and make it into 12x3mm flat wire strip.

High Speed Wire Straightenign and Cutting Machine

This machine will help to make batch production of 2mm to 4mm wires. This machine speed is almost 5 times than the normal speed wire cutting machine. It helps to increase production rate and reduce labor cost. 

Wire Frame Bending Machine

This machine helps to bend the flat or round wires into square shape wire frame. It is able to bend multiple wires at the same time so as to increase production rate.

Wire Frame Butt Welding Machine

The number of welding heads is depends on the welding width of the mesh. Different welding head can be set different welding programs and current respectively.

Wire Frame Double T-Butt Machine

This machine is used to weld the cross bars of the wire shelf to the wire frame. The double head design helps to increase the production rate. Easy Operation. We can also design the automatic moving and welding application.

Wire Edge Trimming Machine

After Welding, we need the trimming machine to cut off the edge of wire from the wire frame. To make the surface clean and smooth.

2D Wire Handle Bending Machine

This machine is used to bend the wire handle. It is suitable for 2-6mm wire bending. And you can bend any shape of the wire without changing mould.

3D Wire Bending Machine

This machine is used to bend the wire into 3D shape. It is suitable for 2-6mm or 3-8mm wire bending. And you can bend any 3D shape of the wire without changing mould.
